• Verify Everything. We double check every mortgage broker lead before we pass it along. We employ a separate team that verifies the work of the telemarketing team. They'll check that the exclusive lead meets your specific requirements and, most importantly they'll confirm that the person is interested in talking to you. Only then do we deliver the lead to you.
• Guarantee. At the end of the day, you are the final arbiter of quality. While we can never guarantee that any given mortgage loan lead will convert into a sale, we can guarantee that the lead has met the qualifications you specified and that they are interested in learning more about a loan from you. If for any reason that's the not the case, we'll replace the lead, at no cost to you.
