Return Policy
Occasionally we make mistakes. If you buy sub prime or prime mortgage leads from us that did not match the criteria you defined then call us and we'll replace it. If your mortgage loan processing or verification services are not completed to your satisfaction then call us and we'll refund your money. Our phone number is 866-643-8768 and we're ready to answer your calls between 10am and 8pm EST. As you might expect, anytime a customer is not happy with our service, we'll want to get as much information as possible so we can try to figure out what went wrong. We keep extensive records of everything we do including recording every telephone call. Once we've verified our mistake, we'll issue an immediate credit. While we'll always give the customer the benefit of the doubt, it's important to note that our guarantee for any particular service is limited to the commitments we make in our services agreement.
